These terms are a contract between you and KABD Consulting LLC, 8206 Louisianna Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States (“Hitscript”, “we”). By creating an account or using https://hitscript.co you accept them. If you use Hitscript for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Hitscript researches public web sources about a product, ranks buyer avatars and angles, and generates advertising scripts, native ads and image concepts with the help of language models. Output is generated automatically from your inputs and public data. It is a draft for professionals, not legal, medical or financial advice.

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your credentials private.
• One person per seat. Plans state how many seats they include.

• Paid plans grant a fixed number of credits per billing period; annual plans grant the whole year at once. Credits are consumed by research runs, scripts, hook swaps, native ads and image concepts at the rates shown on the pricing page at the time of use.
• Top-up credits are one-off purchases. Credits do not expire while the account is open and are not redeemable for cash.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• A research run that ends below our quality floor is billed at half price automatically. If a job fails for a reason on our side, credits are returned.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You own the scripts, native ads, image concepts and dossiers generated in your account, to the extent we can grant that under applicable law, and may use them commercially without attribution. We keep the right to operate the service, including storing and processing your inputs and outputs to deliver it.

Quotes inside dossiers are short excerpts of public posts by third parties, provided for research and attributed with their source. Their authors keep their rights. Do not republish quotes as your own testimonials or present them as customers of your brand.

Reference scripts in the public library remain our property or that of the brands shown and are provided for study.

You decide what to publish. You are solely responsible for making sure any ad you run complies with advertising law, platform policies (for example Meta, TikTok, Google), consumer protection rules and, for health, cosmetics, supplements or financial products, the specific rules of your category and market. Generated output may contain claims that need substantiation. Check every claim against evidence you hold before you publish.

Hitscript does not review your ads and gives no assurance that any ad will be approved by a platform or perform in any way.

• No use for illegal products or services, no deceptive advertising, no impersonation of real people, no fabricated evidence such as fake reviews, fake lab reports or fake press.
• No scraping of the service, no reselling of access, no attempts to extract our prompts or to circumvent limits and security.
• No content that harasses, defames or discriminates.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these rules and refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Requests submitted through the production form are inquiries. A production engagement only exists once we have sent a written quote and you have accepted it; that quote carries its own terms, scope and delivery date.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Research depends on third-party sites and model providers and may occasionally be slower or return fewer sources. We may change features, prices for new periods, and these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, ad account actions taken by platforms, or indirect damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate for breach with notice by email. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy; unused credits are forfeited unless the termination was caused by us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EU or UK may bring claims in their home courts. Contact: hello@hitscript.co.
